Medicare is the federal insurance program that covers people 65 years and older. Private companies can offer Medicare Advantage, a bundled version of Medicare. You get all the same benefits, but with some additional features such as savings on vision and dental care.

Medicare Advantage plans provide more benefits than Original Medicare. They can also be less expensive than Medicare and a Medicare Supplement plan. They offer less flexibility because you will need to access care through the plan’s network. Consider all options and decide which plan is best for you.
